A confident sexy woman takes control of her life.

1. Be 100% Honest with Yourself
It's REALLY easy to delude yourself. With anything. Look within by asking for the answers. You'll find most everything you need to know if you just ask yourself the right questions.
No guru, therapist, religious leader, teacher, your mother, father or Oprah can tell you what you already know inside. Trust your intuition.
Ask your higher self, "Am I being real?" If not, don't do it. Stop lying to yourself.
2. Accept Responsibility for YOUR Actions
"He made me do it." It's not HIS fault. It's not HER fault. It's not God's fault. Not your employers fault. Not your boyfriends fault. Not your husbands fault.
It may just be YOUR fault!
This is your life. Take responsibility for it. You attract to you what you put out to the world through your actions. You did it. You will find when you take responsibility for your life, doors will open and you'll be able to live out the dream of YOUR life.
In accepting responsibility for your actions this includes being a person of your word. Do what you say and follow through. Start to make good choices and you just might find YOU are in control of your life.
3. Don't Take Things Personal
"I can't believe he did that to ME." LET IT GO! It's NOT about YOU.
There is a higher purpose for you and it doesn't have to do with your ego. Get into your spirit by letting go of the need to control other people or thinking the story of someone's life is the tale of your life.
Everyone is living out their own story. Start focusing on the story of YOUR life.
4. Be Clear and Confident
Who are you? What traits do you truly like about yourself? What do other people love about you? To find out you need to first get totally brutally honest with yourself.
Write down five qualities you like about yourself. Then write down one quality you want to improve. In doing so you'll gain the clarity you need to build more confidence.
When you truly KNOW yourself, you'll find yourself speaking more clearly, knowing exactly what you want and you will go after it by doing it. Once you get clear on who you are (and really liking yourself), you'll find confidence follows.
5. Stop the "I'm Not Good Enough!"
Are you comparing yourself to "so and so"? Images you see on TV? The woman next to you at the gym? STOP IT! Get off the scale and out of the therapist office.
Until you are good enough for yourself, no body will be good enough for you. It's time again, to look WITHIN to feel good.
You are a beautiful, strong and sexy woman. Now, stop the "I know, I know am" by getting out of your head and showing it in your actions.
Start to feel good by taking care of your body by exercising, having a mental vision for your life and fueling your spirit by doing things YOU love to do.
Soon enough you'll feel whole in body, mind and soul and will finally feel good enough for yourself and others.
