Cute and semi-dressy

I already have one Igigi bolero-type shrug, but this one has the added cute ruffle. These wee jackets are great for turning summery and/or sleeveless work tops into fall or winter tops. The material on the Beatrice is not satiny or shiny at all; it's a smooth matte stretchy black. This is snug enough on me (I'm 14" just above the elbow) that I wouldn't want to wear it over anything with sleeves.

Marvelous`

I ordered this for a wedding a wedding. It wasn't as fancy as it looks online. But i love the design nonetheless, I wore it this weekend and got complements. Its very cute, i just wish it was made in satin like I had hoped.

Great Quality

I just ordered this bolero to go with my wedding outfit (I'm MC & sister of the bride) and its a great quality piece! The only thing I would mention is that the material does not look as satin as I thought it would. Its still a great bolero and fits nicely, but I thought it was a more shiny satin that what arrived. Sizing is pretty tight, so order up especially if you are larger in the bust. Overall great product though!

Very pretty, complements my dress

As soon as I got this in the mail (and it came very quickly!) I tried it on with the purple cocktail dress I plan on wearing it with, and it looked perfect. It really made the dress look prettier and more formal, and it was comfortable to wear. The material wasn't as shiny as I was expecting, which is a plus. I do second the recommendation to buy a size up if you have larger upper arms. I was torn between 26/28 and 30/32, and I'm glad I went with the larger size.

Absolutely Gorgeous.

This bolero is even more beautiful in person. Very well-made, elegant and the way it sits on you is very flattering. My only problem was the sizing. I normally wear a size 18/20 on top, so I played it safe and got a size 20, which was very snug in the shoulder area/arms to the point where I had a difficult time pulling it back off! There isn't too much give, so I suggest ordering a size up.
