Nadine Jeweled Gown in Ruby
"You CANNOT go wrong with Igigi.com when you are in need of something gorgeous to wear. When I got to the site I was instantly overwhelmed by the variety of gorgeous plus size dresses they currently have available. I was torn between the classic Black Garbo Gown with its gorgeous plunging neckline and high slit, the Margarita Gown in Crimson with its gorgeous waterfall flounce, and the Nadine Jeweled Gown in Ruby with its sexy yet discreet crossover cascading skirt and gorgeous removable bejeweled belt.
It was a tough decision, but I decided to go with the Nadine Jeweled Gown in Ruby. I did not want to be too overly sexy and felt some of my other choices felt that way with the higher slits etc. I knew I would be spending the evening rubbing elbows with parents, alumni, and faculty so I wanted to be comfortable. I also love the fact that the bejeweled belt is removable. The dress has a completely different look when the belt is removed and for future parties/events I can use a variety of different plus size belts with it and change it up. My husband thought it was a good choice as well:)
Thankfully the dress arrived the day before the party and it fit me perfectly and by perfectly I mean like a glove. Seriously, I swear this dress was made for me! It hugged my curves in all the right places…but you know what, every dress that I have received from Igigi.com has done that and they have NEVER let me down.
I felt confident, beautiful, and had an amazing time and received probably the most compliments I have ever received in an IGIGI dress.Even though hubby and I did not partake on the dance floor, we had an incredible night filled with adult conversation and quality time away from the kiddos which never happens and was definitely needed. He truly loved this dress on me and made me fill like the most beautiful woman in the world:) He has a way of doing that! "

Mara Dress in Imperial Blue
"This month I was invited to a very special birthday celebration for an amazing friend of mine and fabulous plus-size Fashion Stylist Reah Norman. The event was scheduled to take place at the ever so yummy Rosa Mexicano on Sunset Blvd. I knew that some of the most fashionable women in Los Angeles would be attending, so the pressure was on to find the perfect dress. I knew that I wanted something bright and sexy to not only celebrate her special day but also to celebrate the end of summer.
After searching numerous websites I came across the 2012 Fall Collection on www.Igigi.com and fell in love with all of the styles available for Fall that come in a variety of blue hues from Imperial Blue, Twilight Blue, and Royal Blue. I am a sucker for an amazing blue and it was tough to pick the right one for the event. I decided to go with the Mara Dress in Imperial Blue because I felt that it had a little more of an edgier look than some of the other styles and I have been waiting to pair my black hematite chain and matching earrings with something amazing, and this dress was it.
When the dress arrived the day of the event, I literally was able to pull it out of the box and wear it immediately because of the incredible season-less jersey knit fabric it is made out of...the dress was wrinkle-free. I couldn't believe it! It felt so silky going on and hugged my curves in all the right places. I particularly loved the open boat neckline and was able to wear it a little bit off the shoulder for a more sexy look. I felt beautiful, sexy, and confident as always in IGIGI by Yuliya Raquel.
As I arrived I wished the birthday girl Reah Norman a Happy Birthday and said my hello's to all the gorgeous fashionistas that were there. I was surrounded by extremely talented, beautiful women.... from fashion bloggers, designers, to models, to celebrity hair and makeup artists. They all gave me tons of compliments on my dress and hands down the Imperial Blue was a complete hit. Not only did they love the vibrant blue hue, but I was also told that the style/cut of the dress was perfect for my figure. The night was incredible and I truly felt like a million dollars!
Thank you again IGIGI team for making me feel and look fantastic for another one of my events and for creating incredible designs for full figured women.

"Recently I had an opportunity to attend an exclusive launch party at the L.A. Mart. In deciding what to wear to the event, I knew I wanted a dress that was bright, colorful for spring, sexy, and classy to suit the event. So of course, I visited my favorite brand for plus size dresses IGIGI and found this amazing dress. As soon as I saw this dress, I was in love. This dress said water to me with the beautiful color and had all the elements I was looking for...especially SEXY! The style of the dress is soooo me its ridiculous with the all over ruching heaven. The stretch jersey was super comfortable and hugged my curves all night long while mingling with the local supporters, celebrities, and Los Angeles social elite. Needless-to-say the event was a complete success! Not only was I able to support a great cause, I was able to do so looking and feeling fabulous. "

"Anyone who knows me knows how much I love IGIGI by Yuliya Raquel. So needless-to-say I was ecstatic to be asked to be part of their Curve Connection Project and take one of her amazing designs for a test run.This team is incredible and knows exactly how to dress a woman with curves. Not to say I have tons of curves, but I am definitely plus-size, and they chose an amazing dress that was flattering for me in all the right places.
The ladies sent me this beautiful for review, and when I opened the package I was taken back by the vibrant print that covers the bottom half of the dress. It was beautiful, and I could not wait to get it on. They sent me a size 12 (since they tend to run a little larger), and it fit like a glove. I could not wait to wear it to one of my friends' birthday tea.
The celebration I chose to wear the Bennetta Dress to was at the Tea Rose Garden in Pasadena. The venue was super cute, the tea and treats were absolutely delicious, and my dress was perfect for the garden setting. The dress has a gorgeous low, yet sexy cross over neckline with tank style, bra friendly straps which were perfect for the Summer daytime event. I did feel for me that the underarm did ride a little high, but nothing a quick trip to alterations couldn't take of. The dress came with a gorgeous copper tone snake-skin like belt that I absolutely loved but chose not to wear for this event. I wanted to be a little more simple for the tea but would totally rock the belt with the dress for a "dressier" event.The dress length and style are classic and I highly suggest the Bennetta Dress for any plus size gal as it will accent a variety of body shapes.
IGIGI is the perfect place to find a plus size dress for any event. They offer a variety of beautiful styles and unique designs. They are now my go-to shop for all my dresses. Yuliya and her team have truly taken the plus-size fashion industry by storm and is transforming the world's view of beauty one design at a time.
