"This dress will be perfect work wear but since I am currently working from home and playing house, for real I’ve become quite domestic, this dress makes for the perfect retro housewife look. Once I put the look together I realized I was totally serving some Lucille Ball, Ricky I Wanna Be In The Show Realness and since Lucy is one of my style icons and favorite red heads I decided to play it up!
Come on what girl can resist a polk-a-dot? I know I can’t, they are seriously a weakness for me. When I first saw this dress on the site I was smitten, and when it arrived in the mail and I slipped this baby on I knew it was LOVE! Everything about this dress is perfection. It fits my body like a glove in a size 18/20 is a great length for a classy look and has some great features that make it ideal for the curvy curves. This dress feels rich and high quality (duh it’s IGIGI) and is actually really comfortable as well.
It can appear like a top and a skirt with the A-line cut and separation of print under the breast and also camouflages a tummy which is an extra plus. The polk-a-dot trim on the cuffs is really flexible and can actually fold down for a complete black sleeve which is wonderful and the 3/4 sleeves are perfect for the office or for strutting around the house feeling retro glam like i did today. Overall this dress is an A++++ and I highly recommend it to my plus girls no matter what walk of life you live. Would I steer you wrong?"

"I love a classic dress with a little extra sparkle to it to keep in my wardrobe. These types of items are perfect for cocktail parties, events, and even just a special night on the town with my love. Last night Nightrider and I went out on a little date and I finally got the perfect opportunity to wear the new dress sent to me by my lovely friends at IGIGI! We have been working quite a bit lately so it was a no blog talk dinner but I did manage to snap a few shots before we left the house of what I wore!
When IGIGI approached me about selecting an item to review from their Holiday Collection I knew instantly that I had to get my hands on the Yasmina Dress! Since I’ve worn IGIGI before I knew that no matter what I would be getting a high quality piece that was made with fabulous fabrics and with extra special consideration to the curves. I instantly was attracted to the v-neckline, princess seams and of course the reversible belt that is patterned silver for some extra sparkle on one side, and an effortlessly classic black satin on the other side.
I love that the belt takes this fairly simple, yet perfect, dress and allows it to be a versatile piece that can be dressed up for different occasions. I received my Yasmina dress in a size 22/24 based on the size chart and it is a great fit around my tummy, booty and hips. The only place that it is a little large is in my chest area, which is a consistent problem I seem to have all the time anymore. On most girls my size though with a fuller bust then mine the dress should fit perfectly and true to size. The material on this dress is nice and thick and heavy and perfect for this cold weather.
I would probably wear this dress at least once a week if I was still working in an office setting and highly recommend it as not only a dress that is beautiful for a special occasion but also as work wear that will have any curvy girl feeling chic and like a million bucks! Thanks IGIGI for adding this fantastic piece to my wardrobe!

Renn Reversible Poncho in Black
"Today I knew I wanted to wear, shoot and do a review on the reversible poncho my incredibly wonderful friends at IGIGI sent me last month. It is finally getting chilly enough to wear, and I knew that I wanted to rock it out and wear it in an edgy way that in my opinion pretty much defines how I see my personal style.
One of the reasons I love reviewing IGIGI pieces is that they truly challenge me to interpret their timeless and well made classy pieces and turn the volume up a notch with my look to showcase how any woman can interpret her own personal style with IGIGI collections. In the end my look turned out exactly like I had envisioned and I am so incredibly excited to share this look with you today!
When I saw the Renn Plus Size Reversible Poncho on the IGIGI site I instantly knew that I wanted to add it to my wardrobe and showcase it on my site. Ponchos are always a great fall staple and can get you through months where it is not quite jacket or coat weather but can add a comfy detail to a look that is also trendy and stylish. This reversible poncho is great either way you wear it with a fabulous and classic print to add texture to a simple and easy look or as I wore it here with the black side up and little peaks of the print of the reversible side showing.
For me I knew I wanted to pair this with some other pieces that included different prints and textures and felt that the black side played best with my look. Let me just say this poncho is so well made, just like all IGIGI pieces and is really heavy and warm and honestly perfect for a fall day. I think this poncho could also come in handy in the winter if paired with a long sleeved top and a thick bottom for a layered look. The poncho also comes with a well made thick sash for wrapping and creating a defined waist.
The poncho itself has small slits in the front and back to assist with using the sash or other belts but they are nice and small and fairly undetectable if you wanted to wear this poncho open or without any belting. I also loved how easy the reversible zipper made this piece easy to wear and almost effortless to throw on when heading out and conquering the world. I received the Renn Plus Size Reversible Poncho in a size 18/20 and it fits true to size and is a piece I would truly recommend for any curvy girl's fall/winter wardrobe!"

Tatiana Dress
"I was instantly drawn to the Limited Edition Tatiana Dress from IGIGI the moment I saw it on their site. I am an extreme lover of animal prints of all shapes, colors and levels of attitude and this dress was bringing animal print to the table in a different way than any other pieces I have seen. I loved the use of black, blue and grey that gives the wild appeal you would expect from an animal print but does so in a truly classy way that makes this dress appropriate for many occasions and for curvy women from all walks of life.
This dress could be perfect for the office and for cocktails after hours, as well as for a dinner party or a night out on the town with the one you love. Everything from the surplice bodice to the ¾ sleeves and the absolutely perfect flared skirt in an ideal length is right on the mark and show the quality and a true understanding of a curvaceous body we have all come to expect from IGIGI.
I love that IGIGI creates pieces that are for every woman whether she be all about business or for the edgy and wild girls out there like myself. This dress, as well as many of the others IGIGI offers, takes a beautiful silhouette and quality fabric and creates a piece that can either be worn right off the hanger or with the option of adding the customers personal style.
I received this dress in a size 20 as instructed by the size chart and ordered based on my bust size. It is so extremely comfortable and is a great fit. I loved that they included a black sash that I could choose to use or to leave off for other looks in the future. IGIGI never disappoints and has done it again with the Tatiana!

Antonia Dress in Lagoon Blue
"Today is a pretty basic day for me, running some errands, hanging around the house working on a few things and I decided it was a perfect day to show off my new maxi dress and embrace the style and the level of ease and comfort that comes along with it! I have been dying to get my hands on a designer maxi dress perfect for Summer and when I saw the Antonia Dress in Lagoon Blue on the IGIGI site I knew I had found just what I was looking for. I instantly was attracted the fact that this dress was intended to hit the woman wearing it just above the ankle which made me feel like it would actually be a great maxi length for my 5’4? frame. I WAS RIGHT! I love being right.
While this dress would be fabulous just above the ankle on a taller woman it hits right at the floor on me making it perfect to wear with flats, which I never imagined I would be able to do. The second thing that caught my eye about this dress was the beautiful color. The Lagoon Blue is so majestic, bright and summery I thought it would be a perfect addition to my wardrobe to brighten things up with the ability to dress it up or dress it down.
The quality of this dress is exactly what I have come to expect from IGIGI with high quality fabrics and special attention to detail. It is so soft and comfortable and is also so flattering with the short sleeves, v-neck, and of course the stunning princess knot that is the perfect addition to the waistline. Proof again that IGIGI is always bringing pieces designed with our curves in mind. I received the dress in a size 18/20 after following the size charts and it fits very true to size and honestly like a dream.
I don’t think I could ask for a better dress for my shape and for the look I was after. To make the look a little bit more me I accessorized with some spike earrings, my octopus necklace, bangles and animal print peep toe flats. Such a fun look for me today thanks to IGIGI!"

Naime Maxi Dress
"The Naime Maxi Dress is so fantastic I was instantly drawn to it and was absolutely ecstatic when it was sent my way for review! You all know me, I CAN’T resist an animal print and this striped print was calling my name. I also have been venturing into maxi dresses more and more this summer and when I saw this piece on the site I knew it would be great for an easy glam and fiesty look. I felt like a million bucks in this dress and honestly loved almost everything about it.
The only negative was that it was a bit long on me but then again I am only 5’4? and that is what tailors are for right? I will be shortening this dress so I am able to wear it comfortably with flats since heels haven’t really been my thing lately. However this dress worked just fine with sky high torrid wedges that were just the right color scheme for this look. I received my dress in a size 18/20 per the size charts and it fit amazingly perfect. I have been having a hard time with my bust size lately but this dress was a complete score in the boobie area as it fits ideally!
The fabric on this dress and the quality of the design is exactly what I expect from IGIGI and that is flawless! They have nailed it again making a beautiful dress with rich fabrics and a quality that can’t be matched. This dress came with an extra black sash and I used it to elongate the black top of the dress because I have a really long torso. The sash allowed me to customize the appearance of the fit to flatter my curves specifically which I really appreciated and think makes this dress great for all types of curvy figure flattering with or without the sash. Options people options! :)
Overall this dress is fantastic and I love everything about it from the thick straps that work with a bra, the flowing lined skirt and of course the fabric and color choices that made me feel like a Glamazon Queen Of The Jungle!

Sonia Dress in Merlot
"I instantly fell in love with The Sonia Dress in Merlot when I came across it on the IGIGI site, due to, in large part the fabulous print on the sleeves. It’s a great floral when you get close but from a distance it also looks like it might be jeweled which I think makes it fantastic all the more. I also was so enamored with the color choices of the deep Merlot and the pops of fuschia, purples and greys on the sleeve and knew it would be such a fun piece to showcase with my pink locks.
When the dress was sent to me by my lovely friends at IGIGI I came across even more reasons to fall in some serious love with this piece from the wider v-neck that honesty fit “the girls” in a fierce way and the fantastic rouching on the booty that helped me showcase one of my favorite assets! I also found myself super impressed with the double layering on the flutter sleeves that was very flattering and comfortable on my arms, and the lovely length that was stylish but also made this dress something I could work if I had an important meeting and needed to be slightly conservative.
This dress sent to me in a size 18/20 based on my bust size on the size charts also fit me perfectly and was extremely comfortable as well. My only qualm with this dress is honestly that it doesn’t play well with my muffin top but that’s really something that some shapewear could easily take care of. Overall the Sonia Dress in Merlot is another slammin IGIGI piece that fits perfectly in my wardrobe and my life."
