Within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii we can ship via FexEx 2Day service and FedEx Standard Overnight service. Please make sure to order by 2 PM PT on a business day in order to receive your purchase in two days. Please note that orders shipped by FedEx are not deliverable on weekends or US holidays. USPS does deliver on Saturdays but not on US holidays.
For international orders or US PO Boxes, unfortunately, we do not offer overnight or 2 day service.
Orders received by 2 PM PT will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Pacific Time) once the billing and credit information have been verified and authorized.
Within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii but not including PO boxes or APO/FPO), orders are shipped via FedEx. The standard shipping (FedEx Standard) usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver. We also ship via FedEx 2Day service and FedEx Standard Overnight service.
Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes up to 10 days.
Orders to PO Box addresses are shipped only via USPS Priority Mail (5-10 business days). Please contact us for the specific information.
International shipping is available to select countries (including Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most of EU). Please see here for details. If your country is not shown there, please contact us to determine if we ship to your country of interest.
All shipments to addresses outside the U.S. can be shipped either with FedEx (arriving within 6 business days of the ship date) or USPS (arriving within 7-10 business days of the ship date). Shipping to international PO boxes is via USPS only.
Due to the nature of international shipping and the different customs laws of each country, we cannot guarantee the delivery date. Please use the tracking number that is provided after the order is shipped to check the status of the shipment. In addition, we are not responsible for the customs duties and taxes that you may incur upon the arrival of your order in your country.
Please note that we offer USPS (even if it is more expensive than FedEx) as the custom fees that are levied via the local postal service may be lower than those via FedEx. However, the delivery time when using USPS is longer.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) usually takes between 8-15 days from the date of shipping to deliver an order globally.
Unfortunately, USPS does not guarantee the arrival date for international packages due to the inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States as well as the customs clearance rules of each country. We strongly recommend you use the FedEx International Economy service in order to ensure the proper delivery of your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
IGIGI does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please note that IGIGI is not responsible for any such charges.
Following the shipping of the order, you should have received the order shipped confirmation e-mail with the valid tracking number. You can also retrieve the tracking number in your account information. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back to.
If you cannot find the included form, please contact us for the return address and the exact instructions.
We strongly recommend for you to track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee. We cannot guarantee the delivery of the returned items.
Please note that it is very important to add the order number to the returned shipment. Without the order number, your return or exchange processing will be delayed.
All sales from the "Final Cut" category are final and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. The returned items that were purchased from the "Final Cut" category are subject to a 30% restocking fee with the remainder as a store credit only.
When we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Depending on your selection, we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit (for items returned past 45 days or items in our Sale category), or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the case of a credit card refund, it will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
