What happens if I need to return a garment? How do I return my order?
Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back to.
If you cannot find the included form, contact us at returns(at)igigi.com for the return address and the exact instructions.
We strongly recommend for you to track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee. We cannot guarantee the delivery of the returned items.
How do I check the status of my return?
When we receive the merchandise, depending on your selection, we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit (for items returned past 60 days), or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of a credit card refund, it will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned garment.
