"This dress was beautiful. The color is rich and even better than the photo. The quality/weight of fabric is outstanding. For those ladies that work in a corporate environment and get bored with their suits, this is a really nice alternative...and it would be great for a dinner out as well.I am an inverted triangle/oval shape and much smaller through the hips/butt than my top half. Basically a line backer with boobs. Although this dress is beautiful and fit completely true to size, it was not at all flattering on me. "This is certainly my kind of dress. Classic shape with just enough modern flare thrown in...There is just enough gathering at the side to create an nice flattering shape and flow to the dress. The color is outstanding too. I love that it is a solid color. It comes off rather mild on line, however in person it is very rich and alluring. I have worn it by itself and with a belt...either way it still looks fantastic. The collar is reminiscent of a kimono whilst the sleeves appear to be styled after a french cuff.
