"I am currently trying to loose weight so I intentionally ordered the dress in a smaller size and to my amazement it fit me beautifully! The dress itself is beautil and very flattering.The arms are too tight and don't fit right. but it is certainly managable and not a reason for me to send it back. Another great dress from IGIGI! "This is a beautiful dress, beautifully made, wonderful colors & fabrics. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me :( I purchased the dress for an awards banquet for work. It was perfect for the occasion, but just didn't look right on me. The top seemed a tad too big, and the bottom made me look very 'hippy'. I saw that some people had trouble with the arms, but they were fine on me. I wanted this dress so badly, but returned it to exchange for another style. Gorgeous design - Poorly made sleeves.
"This dress is beautiful on screen and in person, however I wish I had paid closer attention to the other reviews about the arms being too tight. I assumed that since I have very average (even on the low side of average) arms for a plus-sized woman, the arms would be fine for me. I was wrong! Image putting on a spandex unitard -- yep, that's what the arms are the equivalent of. The rest of the dress fits beautifully, but the arms are way too snug to be flattering.I want to wear this dress so badly, I'm going to have a seamstress look at it and see if there is anything that can be done to fix the arms, however I realize the answer will likely be no. I will probably have to return this item, even though I like it so much.It's a great cocktail dress and looks very classy on. One other word of advice - the material on the bodice is very shiny - much more so in person than on screen. Not quite satin, but getting there. It looks very pretty with the teal/blue, but the purple really brings out the shine and it's a bit much. (I purchased both colors available.)
