Is it Blue?.

"Yet another daring fabric pattern for me. When I saw it on line I was not sure I would like the pattern but the blue was pretty. I am trying to add more cool colors to my wardrobe. However, when I opened it at home it looked more purple. Nevertheless it is still a beautiful addition to my cooler pallet. I will also add the flow and design are very flirty. I really enjoy cowl necklines with the loose drape. The bottom half flares out just enough to draw the eyes away from a top heavy figure. All in all a very flattering dress at a fabulous price. "
