How do I determine my ‘body type’ shape?

How do I know what size I need? Are your clothes “true” to size? Is the sizing different for all garments?

Due to variations in design, fabric, and fit of each style, fit/size information for each garment is provided on that particular garment's page.
In order to achieve the correct fit, we recommend that you use the sizing information that you find there.
Please remember that the measurements provided are approximate. Keep in mind that some of our clothes tend to be fitted; choose your size accordingly.

How do I redeem my store credit?

If you received a Gift e-Card or a Store Credit, please enter the code in the “Gift Certificate (Store Credit)” box during the checkout. The amount of the certificate (Store Credit) will be subtracted from the total of your order.

I was wondering if IGIGI accepts bank debit/credit cards?

igigi.com accepts the following types of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and cashier's check / money order.
This also includes bank/debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo.

If I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?

Yes, you can use PayPal to purchase online or use money order or cashiers checks by contacting service@igigi.com.


Shipping

   

My event is in two days. Can IGIGI send me my order express delivery?

Within the US we can ship via UPS 2nd Day service and UPS Next day service. Orders to PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped via USPS Express 2nd Business day. Please make sure to order by 2 PM PT time on a business day in order to receive your purchase in two days. Please note that orders shipped by UPS are not deliverable on weekends or local holidays.

How long does it take to deliver any order?

Orders received by 2 PM PT will be processed and shipped the same business day (or the next business day
if the order was placed over the weekend or US holiday) once the billing and credit information have been verified and authorized.
Within US, orders are shipped via UPS. The standard shipping (UPS Ground) usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver.
We also can ship via UPS 2nd Business Day service and UPS Next Day service.
Orders to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days.
UPS 2nd Day delivery is not available to APO/FPO and is available only to PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii.

Can IGIGI ship to a PO Box?

Orders to PO Box addresses are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days) or USPS Express 2nd day. Please contact service@igigi.com for the specific information.

Does IGIGI ship internationally?

International shipping is available to select countries (including Canada, Australia, UK, and most of EU).
Please contact service@igigi.com to determine if we ship to your country of interest.
All shipments to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and should normally
arrive within 8-15 business days of the ship date. If you are interested in express international service (3-4 days), please contact
service@igigi.com for exact rates.

How do I check my order status?

To check the status of your order by phone, please call 1.888.418.7428 or e-mail us at service@igigi.com. Or, if you have an account with us, you can log in to your account and check the order status there.

I requested my IGIGI order to be sent to my overseas address via USPS and it hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

The United States Postal Service (USPS) usually takes to deliver between 8-15 days from the date of shipping.
Unfortunately, USPS does not provide tracking numbers or guarantee the arrival date for international packages due to the inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States as well as the customs clearance.

I live outside the US; do I need to pay for customs duties and taxes for shipping international?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
IGIGI does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

How do I track my UPS package during its shipment?

You may contact IGIGI (service@igigi.com) to obtain a UPS tracking number, then you can visit the UPS Website and enter the given tracking number into the tracking field.


Returns

   

What happens if I need to return a garment? How do I return my order?

Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back to.
If you cannot find the included form, contact us at returns@igigi.com for the return address and the exact instructions.
We strongly recommend for you to track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee. We cannot guarantee the delivery of the returned items.

Can I return an item I purchased from the Final Clearance category?

All sales from the Final Clearance category are FINAL. Please choose your items carefully. IGIGI will not issue a refund, exchange or store credit for items purchased from the Final Clearance category.

How do I check the status of my return?

Once the return package is received, it usually takes 2-3 business days for processing by the shipping/receiving department and then 2-3 days for processing by the billing & accounts department. Once the return is processed, you will receive an e-mail from us stating the status. Please note that exchanges are usually processed quicker than returns.

When we receive the merchandise, depending on your selection, we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit (for items returned past 60 days), or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned garment. Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned garment.
