Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Our international shipments are sent via USPS. Please refer to the Shipping information section for more specific international shipping guidelines.
How do I check the status of my order?
You must have an account with us. Login to your account and click the "Order Status" link -- you will see a list of your orders with tracking numbers (shipped orders only). Click the tracking number to see the status of your order.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return the unused and unaltered item(s) in the original condition and with all tags attached within 60 days of its arrival for a refund or exchange. Click here for complete information.
How do I determine the proper size for IGIGI garments?
On each product page, each IGIGI product has a size chart link below the "Select Size" pulldown menu. Clicking that link will pop up a size chart with specific measurements for your bust, waist and hip measurements. Use that chart to determine the proper size for your body.
