Signing In/Signing Out
In order to access your personal information, including your credit card information, address book and order history, you must sign in using your email address and your IGIGI.com password.
For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity on the web site. At this time, you would need to re-enter your email address and password in order to access your personal information. You can also sign out by clicking the "sign out" link on the home page or the order confirmation page or clicking the link "Sign in again if the email address is not yours" on the sign in page.

To create an account you must have a valid email address.
Username & Password
If you are a new to our site, you will be asked at the top of our homepage to sign in. Or, you can click here to register now. As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:
* Your name and e-mail address.
* A password and password hint, to help you in case you can't remember your password during future visits.
You will also have the opportunity to fill out a customer profile. Please feel free to complete the questions to help us learn more about you. Your answers will ultimately help us improve your shopping experience. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties. Account/User Name
Your account (or user) name is your e-mail address.
Forgotten Password
If you have a IGIGI.com account and you have forgotten your password, we can provide it for you. On the Sign In page, simply enter your email address and click on the "I forgot my password" link. We will first provide you with your password hint. If you still cannot remember your password or you do not have a password hint, click on the "email my password to me" link, and we will immediately email your password to the email address on your IGIGI.com account. For security reasons we will delete all of your saved credit card information when we email your password to you.
Accessing/Changing Account Information
To access your account information, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page. From this main account page you can manage all aspects of your account, such as changing your email address, setting email preferences, setting Express Checkout settings, and add addresses to your address book. Before accessing your personal information, you will be asked to sign into your account, with your email address and IGIGI.com password.

Changing Account Information
To update your account information, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page. You will then see the My Account main page. From here you can select an area you want to update - such as your personal information (your account name, email address and password), addresses, credit card information, email preferences, or express checkout settings. When you select an area to update, you will be asked to sign into your account, and then you will be taken to the page where you can edit and save your new information. Please note: for security reasons, we delete you credit card information when you change your password or your email address.
Address Book
You can save the addresses you use most frequently in an address book. Each shipping address you add during Checkout will automatically be added to your address book. You can save up to 30 addresses.
To manage your address book, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page, and then click on "Manage My Address Book" on the My Account main page. After you sign in, you will be taken to your address book page where you can view all your saved addresses, add an address, edit an address, delete an address, or set an address as your default "ship to" address.
Email Sign Up
When you sign up for email, you will receive updates approximately once a week with the latest styles, new arrivals, special events and exclusive offers. We use your past purchases as well as any preferences you've selected to provide you with the news you're most interested in. You can change your email preferences at any time by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our site and then clicking the "Manage email preferences" link.
Email and Postal Unsubscribing
If you do not want to receive our email updates anymore, you can unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, click on the unsubscribe link in any of our email newsletters. Or, you can click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page on our site, and then click on the "Manage Email Preferences" link. On this page, you can indicate that you want to unsubscribe from our marketing emails. Please note: if you unsubscribe from email newsletters, you will still receive any order related emails when you place an order on our site, including an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email.
