Domestic Shipments

IGIGI.com offers three fast and reliable ways to ship in the continental US. We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping and a Saturday Delivry option. In order to avoid any possible delays in the delivery of your purchase, please provide complete billing and shipping information (including a phone number).

Note: Please be reminded that a signature upon delivery is required for the following UPS orders: orders over $250, shipments made to apartments, Expedited and Express shipments. Additionally, the UPS driver may use their personal discretion to require a signature, if they believe that there is a possibility of theft if the package is left at the door.

$8 Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 business days
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 7 business days. Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Continental U.S. Only. Not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses.

$25 Expedited Shipping - 2 business days
Orders placed with Expedited Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Continental US only. Expedited shipping is not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses. Orders placed with Expedited Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. Orders shipped Expedited to Rural Routes and remote locations may arrive a day later.

$38 Express Shipping - Next business day
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Continental US only. Expedited shipping is not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses. Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. Orders shipped Express to Rural Routes and remote locations may arrive a day later.

Add $25 - Saturday Delivery- UPS
Saturday Delivery is available for an additional surcharge of $25 and may be added to any UPS Express or Expedited shipment. Add Saturday Delivery to your order at checkout by selecting the "Saturday Delivery, additional $25" box.

USPS
USPS is used for all shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for USPS shipping. Rates are based on destination and order amount. Please see above USPS rates for U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses.

Wholesale Customers

All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS and can only be shipped to commercial addresses. Wholesale shipping rates will be determined by the weight of the package.

Shipping Carriers

We ship all domestic orders through UPS, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

USPS is used for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Estimating Delivery Dates

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

* Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
* UPS ground deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
* UPS Saturday Delivery options are available for Expedited and Express shipping options only, excluding holidays.

Shipments To Canada

Shipments to Canada can be sent UPS Worldwide Express (next business day) , UPS Worldwide Expedited (two business days), or USPS Express International Shipping (4-6 Business Days). Tracking information is provided. See rates above.

All Other International Shipments

For your security, international shipping is available to select countries (including Australia, UK, and EU). Please contact service@igigi.com to determine if we ship to your country of interest, or click here to view the entire list of countries we do and do not ship to.

International shipments can be sent UPS Worldwide Express (1-3 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days), or Express USPS (4-6 business day service). See rates above.

Shipping Delays
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee the arrival of international packages due to inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States. If you are interested in ensuring the delivery, IGIGI can ship via FedEx guaranteed overseas shipping. Please contact service@igigi.com for exact UPS rates.

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to customs processing.

An important note about international shipments

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. IGIGI does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

PayPal E-Check Orders
If you are paying with e-check and ordering expedited shipping, please be aware that your order will be shipped only after the payment has been cleared.

Exchange Shipments

Customer bears cost of shipping returned items back to IGIGI, however exchanged garments are shipped back to customer free of charge (Ground shipping and domestic shipments only). For Expedited or Express Shipping options, please contact service@igigi.com.
