To analyze your body shape please stand in front of full length mirror, wearing fitted, but not too constricting garments. A one piece swimming suit is a good example, as well as the tights, catsuit, fitted knit tops with the touch of spandex, or anything that will allow you to see you body shape in detail.
Please remember, there are no body shapes better or worse than others. The label or the name of the figure type will not make anyone look more or less beautiful. What matters is your understanding of what looks good on you, and what doesn’t.
We recommend that you look at the different body shapes available before this exercise to familiarize yourself with them. In addition, this exercise is also a lot of fun when performed with a friend, whose opinions may be more objective.
1. Shoulders
Please look at your shoulders. Are they proportionate in relation to the entire body - average / medium in size? Are they narrow or broad?

When you are standing in front of a mirror, does your waist look very indented or pinched-in compared to the hips? Is it flat, does it look about the same size as your hips? Or, does it look like the widest part of the body? When looking in profile, does the waist curve in, or is it full, round and very prominent?

4. Hips
Finally, we need to compare the relationship of your hips to your bust. Please observe the size and shape of your hips. Are the hips largest parts of your body? What about your buttocks? Are they full and fleshy, flat or about the same size as the rest of your body? Now how is your bust relatively to your hips? Is it similar in size, or much fuller than your hips? Is it much smaller than the hips?
