Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We believe in the quality of our garments. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with your purchase, IGIGI gladly accepts returns of unused and unaltered item(s) within 60 days of its arrival for a refund or exchange.

For refunds, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Sale products will not be accepted for refund. You may exchange a sale item for another sale item or full-priced item. You may also return a sale item for store credit.

Item(s) returned must be in its original condition and deemed wearable for continued use. This involves garments and accessories that include all hangtags and labels attached, are unworn, unused, unaltered, unsoiled, undamaged, and fragrant-free. IGIGI will not accept worn, used, altered item(s) or any item(s) without its original hangtags and labels attached. Please note, items will be returned and will be shipped back to you if these Return & Exchange requirements are not met.

When we receive the merchandise, depending on your instructions (see below), we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit, or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable, and customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning item(s). In the case of a credit card refund, it will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Customer bears cost of shipping returned items back to IGIGI, however exchanged garments are shipped back to customer free of charge (Ground shipping and domestic shipments only). Please note, if an exchange is requested for an international order, or USPS shipping (APO, FPO, PO Box), or we're unable to send the exchange order with UPS Ground for any reason, you will be charged accordingly for the lowest cost shipping to your destination.

 

Instructions
1. Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back to. If you cannot find the included form, contact us at returns(at)igigi.com for the return address and the exact instructions.

2. Please put your name, address, and order number on the package itself. Failure to do so will result in serious delays of processing your return or exchange

3. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

4. Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you via email on record of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item(s) is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email you.

Policy On Sale Items

IGIGI reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.

Promotional prices are good only during the time of the actual sale period. Please be reminded that IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.

Products in the "Sale Rack" category (distinguished by having red prices) will not be accepted for refund. You may exchange a sale item for another sale item or a full-priced item. You may also return a sale item for store credit.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1.888.418.7428 (US only) or +1.415.692.5658 (Worldwide) as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Please note that our cut-off time for shipping same day orders is 1 PM PST (M-F). All orders that were placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

Price Adjustments

IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on sale or have had the price reduced.

Gift Certificate or Gift eCard Returns

At this time IGIGI does not offer Gift Certificate or Gift eCard returns. All purchases of Gift Certificate or Gift eCard are final.
