Return Policy


We believe in the quality of our garments! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, take advantage of our Free Return policy, return the merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.


Return merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered, and fragrance-free with hangtags and labels attached. If return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you and no refund/store credit will be given.


Returns must be requested  within 30 days of the delivery date. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been received in our warehouse.  It can take up to 30 business days to process your return.  Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.  Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. 


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  If you wish to exchange your item, please return the original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. Note: shipping charges will apply on the new order.


To start a domestic return, please log into your online account and follow the simple instructions to create your free USPS return label.

If you checked out as a guest, you must register in order to create you free return label.  Should you NOT wish to create an account, you can simply send back your package any way you choose.

Once logged into your account, click the drop down menu where your name is located and select "My Orders." Then, click the "Start Return" button next to the order you wish to return and the rest is easy!


  1. On the accompanying Easy Returns Form, please select the items you would like to return.
  2. Specify the reason for the return. This information is optional, and will only be used to serve you better in the future. It will not affect the return processing.
  3. Place your item(s) and the completed Easy Returns Form in a secure package.
  4. Return shipping instructions can be found on the Easy Returns Form.
  5. Ship your return to:

Store credit will be given on returned sale items that are unwashed and unworn. After 30 days, no credit will be given. No cash refunds will be given; only store credit (does not include shipping charges).

IGIGI reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.

Promotional prices are good  only during the time of the actual promotional period.

Please be reminded - IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.
