Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products and services.

IGIGI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

10. USER CONTENT

11. IMAGE AND LIKENESS RIGHTS
If you submit images or videos featuring individuals wearing IGIGI products, you confirm that you have permission from those individuals to grant IGIGI the right to use such content in marketing materials.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to:
are the exclusive property of PatternFast, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use of Site content is strictly prohibited.
13. FASHION DESIGN PROTECTION AND ANTI-COPYING
IGIGI designs, garments, silhouettes, styling concepts, and visual presentation are proprietary creative works.
You may not:
• copy IGIGI garment designs • replicate IGIGI silhouettes for commercial purposes • reverse engineer garments to create patterns • extract design measurements for reproduction • manufacture or sell garments derived from IGIGI designs.
Any commercial reproduction, manufacturing, or sale of garments derived from IGIGI designs may constitute intellectual property infringement and unfair competition.
IGIGI reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation of its designs.
14. DATA SCRAPING AND AI TRAINING PROHIBITION
You may not use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or artificial intelligence systems to collect or extract:
Your use of such services may be governed by their respective terms.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:

20. FORCE MAJEURE
IGIGI shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or internet outages.

Products may not be exported to prohibited jurisdictions.
22. RESALE RESTRICTIONS
Products sold through IGIGI are intended for personal use unless otherwise authorized.
Unauthorized resale on third-party marketplaces may result in cancellation of orders or restriction of future purchases.
23. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

27. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arbitration shall take place in San Mateo County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
28. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
Class actions and collective proceedings are waived.
29. JURY TRIAL WAIVER
You and IGIGI waive the right to a jury trial.

When I typed in 'vintage plus size wedding dress' this exact gown was the first picture I saw (circa August 2014) and I fell in love.
