Return Policy

Due to COVID-19 economic devastation, IGIGI will ONLY issue store credit for all returns. We apologize for this inconvenience! 

*Outlet items are NOT eligible for returns. ALL Outlet sales are FINAL!.

CONDITION

Return merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered, and fragrance-free with hangtags and labels attached. If return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you and no refund/store credit will be given.

RETURN TIME

Returns must be requested and received  within 30 days of the delivery date. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been received in our office.  It can take up to 30 business days to process your return.  Returns are refunded in the method of original payment*.  Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  If you wish to exchange your item, please return the original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. Note: shipping charges will apply on the new order.

1. On the accompanying Order Return Form, please select the items you would like to return.
2. Specify the reason for the return. This information is optional, and will only be used to serve you better in the future. It will not affect the return processing.
3. Place your item(s) and the completed Order Return Form in a secure package. If you use IGIGI return label generator, the cost of the shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
4. Return shipping instructions can be found on the Order Return Form which is located on the back of the invoice.
5. Please email us with a request for a Return Shipping Address.

Outlet Merchandise*

Outlet merchandise is Final Sale ONLY. No store credit will be given on returned outlet items. No cash refunds will be given on outlet items. We do not refund shipping charges.

IGIGI reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.

Promotional prices are good  only during the time of the actual promotional period.

Please be reminded - IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.
