Return Policy

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS 

At IGIGI we know that fit matters. Every dress is custom made-to-order, just for you and no one else. However, customized items where you have provided measurements for a custom fit are made specifically to your measurements and are not returnable.

Still if you are not happy, we are not happy too. That is why we provide several return options. 

If there is an error on our end, we will send a replacement or full refund. 

The errors are explained as follows:

  • An incorrect design such as wrong neckline, sleeve length or a dramatic skirt length (5 inches or more) is an error on IGIGI’s side - we will issue a full refund or remake.
  • A fit is not considered an error, however, it is eligible for a fit correction (See below in “Fit Correction”). If standard size is ordered with only height bust and underbust measurements provided we cannot guarantee a perfect fit due to other measurements possibly being wrong. Frequently poor fit also occurs, if a customer provided us with wrong measurements. This is not considered an error on IGIGI side and it’s not eligible for a full refund.
  • A slight variation of a print or a color is not considered an error and should be expected due to differences in monitors, or available fabrics. This is not considered an error on IGIGI side and it’s not eligible for a full refund or a remake.
  • A flared skirt having slightly more or less flare than a picture is not an error and is due to the difference in a size ordered. This is not considered an error on IGIGI side and it’s not eligible for a full refund or a remake.
  • When the rest of the dress fits perfectly, shortening of the skirt or the sleeves does not qualify as a remake.

FIT CORRECTIONS

If your garment does not fit you properly or you still have any problems with your order, please contact our support support@igigi.com.

In reply we will provide you with one of these options:

  • We will cover some of the alteration costs (up to 15% of the cost of the garment will be refunded back to your original source of payment) made by your local tailor. 
  • Alternatively, we will remake your garment free of charge. We will not charge you for shipping of the remade or altered dress to you. However, you are responsible for shipping the dress back to us for remake or alteration in the original state( See below in “Condition”) .

In both cases we will also ask that you include a photo of you wearing the dress and showing us where you would prefer fit improvement, which will help us be better in the future. Unfortunately, we will not proceed with the return and refund without a photo.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Outlet merchandise is Final Sale ONLY. No store credit will be given on returned outlet items. No cash refunds will be given on outlet items. We do not refund shipping charges.

CONDITION

Return merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered, and fragrance-free with hangtags and labels attached. If return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you and no refund/store credit will be given.

RETURN TIME

Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of the delivery date . You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been received in our office. It can take up to 30 business days to process your return. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment*. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EASY RETURNS 

Before You proceed with the return process please note:

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Also if you decide to return your order, we charge a small additional fee of $35 per item, which will be deducted from your refund in addition to shipping and handling fees. We have to charge this fee because we do not build-in any fabric wastage fees into our retail pricing, offering you the lowest pricing possible for couture made-to-order clothing.

  • We will not charge you for shipping of the remade or altered dress to you. However, you are responsible for shipping the dress back to us for remake or alteration in the original state (See above in “Condition”).

In order to submit the return request, please contact us to support@igigi.com and provide the following information:

  • Order ID (In order to find it please log into your IGIGI account. Then find your Profile in upper right corner and go to the ‘My Orders’ page)

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo

Once your return request is proceed, you will receive the email with the further instructions and Return Shipping Address.

IGIGI reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.

Promotional prices are good only during the time of the actual promotional period.

Please be reminded - IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.
